Catering Options
Canapés
Handmade, beautifully presented canapés, ready to be served, our canapés will have the guests at your event swooning. We recommend this service when catering for large numbers, for example, at early evening presentations when drinks are being served.
Buffet Service
Our buffets are expertly prepared, using the freshest ingredients, and our extensive menus have dishes to suit every taste and occasion. In addition to the diversity of our menus, you will be glad to know that we also have a range of prices to suit all budgets.
For your convenience, we have put together several set options. However, if you unable to find one that suits your taste, we are happy to work with you to tailor the package accordingly. What is more, if there is something specific you would like to order, but we do not usually provide it, we will do our best to create it.
Set Menu (Plated Meals)
Cut food service time so that you and your guests have plenty of time for fun activities before you call it a day. Having set menus placed in front of each guest to enjoy eliminates the delays sometimes experienced with buffet dining whilst still maintaining a variety of tasty food on a plate.

Right from our first meeting with Avila foods about the prospect of catering at our wedding, we felt a real sense of excitement and knew we were onto a winner! Avila's wide and varied menu catered not only to our tastes but clearly worked magic with our guests as we remain inundated with positive comments about the quality of food and professionalism of the entire team. We were blown away by Avila's attention to detail and were blown away by the beautifully designed menu cards, outstanding décor and presentation - which were all made to match our vision for the day and demonstrated the extent to which Avila did go above and beyond to make our day a success.
We found Avila's customer service to be exceptional… both on the day and in the lead up to the wedding. Even with the pandemic, we found Avila to be extremely flexible and accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask and the response was always positive… case in point, we requested additional staff to handle drinks a few weeks to the wedding and Avila made it happen with a snap of her fingers! Taking away a huge burden from us.
Avila took time out of running a busy restaurant to have conversations with us, to ensure that the day was a success and frankly, this made us feel special. We can wholeheartedly say Avila was our top vendor!! Even after the wedding, Avila's impact and foresight kept ringing true. A key highlight of our honeymoon was the delivery of assorted food packs by Avila that turned out to be feasts fit for royalty. If we could do it again, it'll be Avila all the way. We've found our food plug!!
